Small hypoechoic nodular lesions were detected by ultrasonography both in the liver and spleen in the case of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL). The case was a 69-year-old man who was admitted to our hospital because of lymphadenopathy. The diagnosis of ATLL was made by laboratory studies and a histological examination of a lymph node. The lesions disappeared when the desease ameliorated and increased both in size and number when worsened. Autopsy revealed the lesions to be the invasion of ATL cells.
