A 64-year-old male, when admitted to our hospital complained of weight loss and vomiting was diagnosed using ultrasonography.
The ultrasonography enabled us to successfully detected a well circumscribed solid mass, which protruded into the duodenum. It is a rare that such a mass is detected in this way. The patient was operated on and the cancer was resected radically. Two years later the patient is still alive.
