**Conference Cancellation Policy
- Early-Bird Registration:
On or Before April 15, 2018 - 0% of charge
After April 16, 2018 - 100% of charge
- Late Registration:
On or Before July 15, 2018 - 0% of charge
After July 16, 2018 - 100% of charge
Please note that even if you completed your registration during the Early registration period, if you do not register your credit card information during the Early registration period, your registration category will automatically change to “Late registration” and the registration fee will change as well.

Visa Information
Attendees should check if they require a visa to enter Japan on the website of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

- Visa support documents will be issued only to attendees who have paid their registration fee in full.
- If you require a Japanese visa, please allow at least 2-4weeks for the internal procedure.
- Since the validity of entering visa for Japan is three months, visa application documents will be sent to those who require it around March 2018.
